Seriously, though, I know exactly what you mean about all of the myriad distractions that get in the way of putting that idea into action. I must learn to make better use of the voice recorder on my 'phone...

  2. I read this article once that was VERY interesting...and basically said that writers were programmed to be distracted--that it was a part of our creative process to be open to impressions and distractions. You're right--that's the way it goes!
