Wherein I endeavour to share writerly advice lightened with humour, pictures and a dollop of 1930s-1940s history.
Elspeth - All the while that I was looking at these great 'photos (for which thanks!), I couldn't help thinking: Yessss!! A writer's retreat! No. There is no hope for me.
I'll take a treehouse one tree over. We can communicate by paper airplanes. It'd be cool.
How fun. I'd love to live a tree house (especially the last one). Thanks for taking the time to find these and share them! You make my Fridays brighter.
What a lovely thing for you to say! Thank you. Doesn't everyone covet a treehouse? I know I do.
Wow. Write a book ... A Tree Grows Through It. Someone will make it into a movie :)Happy Weekend!
And I take the first step towards riches and fame. Have a great weekend, Carol.
These are great. Last night on the local news they showed a picture of a three-story treehouse a man built here. People could live in it. It was awesome.
Why did he build it? Just because? Did it look like a regular house, but up in a tree or was it all Swiss Family Robinson?
yep...just what we need. And when we sweep we'll just sweep it all right out the door.
Please leave a comment as I love to hear from you!
