Welcome, gentle reader, to another edition of Fun Friday. Today I'm re-sharing (is that a word? Well, it is now) some of these great, but yet odd, translations.
Elspeth - These are wonderful! I'm so glad you re-posted this one! Like Maryann, I love the one that says Please do not empty your dog here - that's just spectacular :-). And I'll bet the crocodile one is a good deterrent ;-).
Love these! Particularly "because you are dangerous, you must not enter." :) I've been so clumsy lately that people should post this on their doors...
ReplyDeleteAlways enjoy these. Laughed out loud at "Please do not empty dog here." Where can I empty my dog?
ReplyDeleteWonderful!
ReplyDeleteHappy Weekend :)

ReplyDeleteI have a nephew who would soooo love these signs. I'm forwarding your url to him. These were Great!
ReplyDeleteElizabeth; I'm sure your clumsiness is just a sign that your brain is busy fiddling with your many projects.
ReplyDeleteMaryann; I would guess somewhere there's a sign saying "Empty Your Dog Here."
Carol; Same to you!
Margot; I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'm also glad you've got the electricity back.
Elizabeth; I hope he enjoys them.
Elspeth - I'm glad, too - thanks for the good wishes :-)
ReplyDeleteThe dog sign reminds me of one we saw in South Africa, but I can't leave an image in the comments. Not something I'd ever think to see in the US.
ReplyDeleteI love the crocodile one. And I don't even want to think about what a 'nice' electric shock is :-)
